Imagine a future in which you can subscribe to the PTWC&amp;#39;s warning feed on your cell phone.  Need more information, click on the link and visit the site.  If there&amp;#39;s a problem with management in this case that&amp;#39;s exactly where the problem resides. PTWC is part of NOAA, correct? Which itself is part of Dept of Commerce? I was under the impression that most ambiguity around ToU&amp;#39;s ended a while back, with apps.gov listing approved social networks and Twitter&amp;#39;s ToS being widely viewed as gov-friendly.
